When you partner with Cosmos Communications as your Arise IBO, you will be considered a self employed Independent Contractor to HMRC. This means that you are responsible for your own taxes. You will receive all relevant legal documents for your work from home services throughout the year. Please remember it is your responsibility to file your taxes with HMRC annually.

LOOKING TO CHANGE IBO


Are you servicing another under Arise IBO and looking to change to a different work from home opportunity? All you need to do is request to be released by that IBO. If you have an active SOW, then contact us ahead of time to assist with issuing a new one. You can also submit our transfer request and we’ll get you started immediately.

Do you have what it takes to work from home and be a part of the Team?

Whilst working from home is great it takes a certain type of person to do so successfully. You need to be hard working, dedicated and determined.
You need to be able to commit 20 hours minimum per week. In addition, you need to be punctual and have good attendance Our clients all expect 95%

BROADBAND,landline and other requirements 

Broadband speed and connection
** connections must be through a wired connection. WIFI is not secure**

It is essential to have broadband that is capable of remaining connected to our systems at all times while working. Wi-Fi is not permitted so you should be connected with an ethernet cable, with nobody else using the internet whilst you are working. Speed requirements are as follows:

Minimum 10 mbps download
Minimum 3 mbps upload
Maximum Latency of 120 milliseconds (ms) 
Telephone
Either usage of a landline or a business graded VOIP is permissible. Please ensure that there are no features such as 1571 or call waiting on as these are not allowed. Make sure your telephone has a headset
Other Equipment needed
Blank USB stick at least 8 GB in size
USB headset for your PC / Laptop

Work process

Our Application Process

Step 1. Make an application

The first step is to complete the application. We will then review your application and let you know within one week if you were successful or not.

Step 2. if successful at application stage. 

If you are successful then you will receive an email to book a telephone interview.

Step 3. sUCCESSFUL interview

If you are successful at the interview you will need to order a basic DBS. 

Step 4. register on the call centre SYSTEM

Now that your basic DBS has been ordered you will be able to complete the registration on the call centre platform

Step 5. complete client training

By this point your DBS will be through and you will be training for that client. 

Step 6. start servicing client calls

At this stage you will be fully up and running and servicing your client and receiving full revenue.
